Small Orders, Big Lessons: Why I Stopped Treating $40 Auto Parts Orders as a Nuisance

Do they refuse to break down the cost range? Or do they answer the question, give you a range, explain the variables, and actually deliver?

I'm not arguing that every supplier should drop all minimums, or that large customers aren't important—they're the backbone of the industry. But the assumption that small orders and rush timelines are nuisances is costing the industry more than it saves. The companies that treat every order with the same urgency and transparency are the ones that survive the next ten years.
